Dr Lee continued advanced surgical training at the National Dental Centre Singapore after completing his specialist degree. He subsequently served as a Consultant in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at NDCS until 2022.
His previous leadership appointments include Head of the Craniofacial and Oral Implantology Programme at NDCS and Surgical Chief at the Oral & Maxillofacial Clinic in Changi General Hospital. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at professional conferences and contributes to undergraduate dental education.
