Clear guidance on fees, CHAS, MediSave, insurance panels and what to confirm with the clinic.
Good to know
Subsidy eligibility and insurance coverage cannot be confirmed from this guide alone. They depend on the clinical assessment, current scheme rules and your individual plan.
01Treatment fees
Know what the estimate includes.
The final fee depends on the clinical findings, complexity and treatment selected. Published prices are useful guides, but they cannot replace an individual assessment.
Ask for the recommended treatment and reasonable alternatives
Confirm whether imaging, laboratory work or follow-up visits are separate
Ask what is payable after applicable subsidies or coverage
Eligible CHAS Blue, CHAS Orange, Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation cardholders may receive subsidies for selected dental services at participating clinics. A dental assessment is still required to determine whether the claim guidelines are met.
Teeth Q states that its clinics are MediSave-accredited. MediSave may be used for dental procedures approved under prevailing Ministry of Health rules; it does not apply to every dental treatment.
Choose the pathway that applies to you
Approved surgical proceduresUsing MediSave for dental surgery
Selected complex dental procedures involving surgery may use MediSave under separate withdrawal limits. Claimability and the estimated cash balance are confirmed after assessment.
You may use your own MediSave or your spouse’s MediSave when both of you are aged 60 or above. The $400 is the prevailing annual limit per patient—not an amount guaranteed for each procedure.
Panel status is not the same as guaranteed coverage.
Teeth Q’s published panel partners include Alliance Medinet, Inova Care, DA Adept, MHC, IHP and AIA. Your benefits, limits, exclusions and pre-authorisation requirements depend on your employer or insurance plan.
Panel participation does not guarantee that a particular clinic, dentist or treatment is covered. Confirm your benefits with your employer or insurer and the Teeth Q team.View 5 more insurance partners ⌄
