Outstanding service from the entire team, from the doctor all the way to the front desk. Dr Krystell Chiu and her assistant, Michelle, were absolutely amazing. My 4 year old daughter had a bad fall that affected her front tooth. The clinic was fully booked, but when I explained that I just needed a review and advice from the doctor, they still managed to slot us in. Truly appreciated. Dr Chiu was very friendly and engaging with my daughter. She knows exactly how to communicate with young kids, making instructions fun and enjoyable, which immediately put my daughter at ease. You can really see it from the way my daughter responded and reacted to her. Michelle was equally wonderful. She was very prompt, professional, and helpful in coordinating everything we needed. She also engaged warmly with my daughter and even gave her a balloon glove, which totally made her day. I also want to give credit to the front desk lady. I am sorry I forgot to get her name. She was great as well and managed to get us a slot despite the clinic being fully booked. Knowing how busy the clinic was, her effort and willingness to help truly made her stand out in terms of service. Had my impacted wisdom tooth surgically removed by Dr Hannah. The appointment was easy to make and started on time. Dr Hannah reviewed my x-ray and determined that there was a slight risk but she was confident to remove it. She was very reassuring and listened and took me seriously despite my anxiety and low pain tolerance. She was also heavily pregnant but did a good job removing a tough tooth with three roots! 😅 That night I was bleeding quite heavily and was concerned and texted the Whatsapp hotline despite it being a long weekend. They replied promptly and found me an appointment the next day to review. I didn't end up going by for the review because the problem had resolved and I've currently healed well. Visited Teeth Q recently for my two boys aged 6 and 3. I’ve read the reviews here and asked specifically for Dr Brenda. The clinic managed to schedule us in quite quickly. The WhatsApp appointment booking was easy and the staff was very friendly and patient answering my questions. It was the first time for both my boys and Dr Brenda was very gentle with them and explained everything to them simply to ease their nervousness. My younger one was allowed to watch his brother get his teeth cleaned and it helped calmed his nerves for his turn. Overall, my boys had a pleasant experience and Dr Brenda also provided me with necessary feedback or advice for my kids’ teeth. Will visit again for the boys. Thank you! Show less
