Fantastic, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Dr Ho explained every step before doing the procedure and why she was doing it. Dr Ho also informed me of the pricing for each of the procedures and left it to me to decide if I wish to proceed with the procedure. She also let me take appropriate breaks to gurgle my mouth before proceeding. Dr Ho is very patient and professional. At the end, she also taught me the correct way to brush my teeth for my condition. Total cost for scaling, polishing, fluoride therapy and two fillings was $250. Great experience. Highly recommended. Going to dentist is worse than going for the superior roller coaster ride, for me 😆 Fear of the dentist chair, fear of the sound, fear of needles and fear of pain. Broke my tooth yesterday and haven’t eaten since, found Teeth Q on google with good reviews and decided to go with it. Was greeted with smiles from the moment I called and stepped into the clinic. I was assigned to Dr Ho. When I met her, explained my fear and even it was not her fault she apologised for the past dentist actions. That speaks a lot for people with compassion with a gift of the heart. My broken tooth was mended for a temporary period as a permanent one needed time to create. Injection is required due to my sensitivity and I was supposed that it was painless! The entire process from checking to xray and treatment was a breeze. No waiting for very very long in between and explanation along the way as the treatment progressed. I am thankful to Dr Ho and her team and will be back for more treat! I’m not as afraid of dentist as I was before with just this one visit. If you are considering a good and kind dentist (Dr Ho), this is the place to go. I was introduced to this dental clinic by my mom and started with routine cleaning and polishing. I had been postponing my wisdom tooth extraction for a long time because of my fear of surgery and past negative experiences, which left me with swelling and discomfort. On my first visit, Dr. Brenda made a wonderful impression—she was very gentle during the cleaning process and explained in detail what would work best for my teeth. My wisdom tooth had been causing pain, but I kept delaying the extraction due to my fear of the procedure and post-surgery pain. Dr. Brenda reassured me that the process would be smooth, and I decided to trust her. True to her word, she was extremely gentle during the extraction and kept checking on me throughout. Now, just two days after the surgery, I have no swelling, can eat solid food, and haven’t needed any painkillers. Of course, I followed my own remedies, but I believe the care Dr. Brenda provided during the surgery played a significant role in minimizing the pain and recovery time. The entire team, including Dr. Brenda, her assistants, and the front desk staff, were incredibly friendly and professional.
