They took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and ease any anxieties I had. The surgeon was highly skilled, making the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Additionally, the aftercare service was outstanding. The clinic followed up with a thoughtful phone call the next day to check on my recovery, which I truly appreciated. Fantastic, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Dr Ho explained every step before doing the procedure and why she was doing it. Dr Ho also informed me of the pricing for each of the procedures and left it to me to decide if I wish to proceed with the procedure. She also let me take appropriate breaks to gurgle my mouth before proceeding. Dr Ho is very patient and professional. At the end, she also taught me the correct way to brush my teeth for my condition. Total cost for scaling, polishing, fluoride therapy and two fillings was $250. Great experience. Highly recommended. Going to dentist is worse than going for the superior roller coaster ride, for me 😆 Fear of the dentist chair, fear of the sound, fear of needles and fear of pain. Broke my tooth yesterday and haven’t eaten since, found Teeth Q on google with good reviews and decided to go with it. Was greeted with smiles from the moment I called and stepped into the clinic. I was assigned to Dr Ho. When I met her, explained my fear and even it was not her fault she apologised for the past dentist actions. That speaks a lot for people with compassion with a gift of the heart. My broken tooth was mended for a temporary period as a permanent one needed time to create. Injection is required due to my sensitivity and I was supposed that it was painless! The entire process from checking to xray and treatment was a breeze. No waiting for very very long in between and explanation along the way as the treatment progressed. I am thankful to Dr Ho and her team and will be back for more treat! I’m not as afraid of dentist as I was before with just this one visit. If you are considering a good and kind dentist (Dr Ho), this is the place to go. Dr. Hannah was exceptionally professional and competent. She took great care to ensure my teeth were thoroughly cleaned while also making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Was always very nervous about visiting a dentist. Was attended by Dr Nadya Neo & the experience was so good. She is very gentle and careful during the process. I had very sensitive teeth and Dr Nadya is very attentive, ensuring that i am ok during the cleaning process. She will be my regular dentist going forward. Show less

Doctor Nadya was gentle, patience and detailed with her consultation. She advised me on the pros and cons of my tooth extraction procedure, she did not rush me to make decision. She was professional and managed to extract my modular tooth through regular extraction instead of the complication surgery process. The front desk lady (Alexis) was also approachable, friendly and kind. Overall, I had an wonderful and pleasurable experience with Teeth Q. I had decided to switch over to consult Teeth Q instead of my previous dental who had charged me double of the price with painful extraction. Happy Customer. Show less
