My 1st time visiting this clinic. Before this, my family and I frequent a different clinic which is very well-known, but their service has been slacking. Therefore, I decided to do some research on a good dental clinic and it brought me here to Teeth Q. My son and I came for basic cleaning. I decided to seek advice regarding my last wisdom tooth, which I am quite scared to remove ever since my last bad experience with the previous clinic. Dr Brenda has been very nice to explain to me about my wisdom tooth and advised me to get it removed surgically. Throughout the process, she has been very reassuring and explained to me what has been done. I was at ease throughout the process. As for my son, Dr Brenda detected a leftover milk tooth which has been stuck with the adult tooth. I am surprised my previous dentist did not even tell about it. My son has a minor extraction and basic cleaning. I am very happy with the services provided by Dr Brenda. She was very thorough with her checks and very thoughtful when prescribing medication to me (i have asthma and some drug allergies). I will definitely be back for my yearly checks. I’ve decided to try teeth q at Sumang because of the reviews here, the whole process was very simple and convenient, I got a tooth ache while eating due to cracked molar at night, I quickly find the website and did a booking, the next available date was next morning so I booked and fill in the details. On the day of the appointment they just need to check ur IC and it’s done, simple and fast. Dr Brenda is very patient and I had a lot of anxiety due to past experiences at other clinics, but she helped me to overcome it and did a almost painless extraction which I I nvr thought that I can ever experience, the extraction is virtually painless!
