I wanted to remove my wisdom teeth and was recommended Dr. Ho by a friend. Made an appointment on the same day. Consultation was good - an Xray was done, and Dr. Ho explained to me that my bottom 2 wisdom teeth were impacted and the potential consequences if I did not remove them. She was also very clear in giving me the costs - which were mostly covered by Medisave. Even though I was not mentally prepared, I ended up deciding to extract all 4 wisdom teeth on the same day. Throughout the surgery, Dr. Ho was gentle and explained to me what she was doing, and gave me a warning when she felt I may be uncomfortable. The surgery was literally painless and all my worries went away. Booked a follow up appointment to remove the stitches one week later. Process was seamless, went in and out in 15mins and all was good! Overall, the pricing was transparent (and very reasonable!) with no hidden costs at all, the booking and appointment process was smooth, and the staff very pleasant. Had mild toothache at my wisdom tooth and was contemplating whether to go to the dentist as I have phobia due to bad dental experience in primary school. Chanced upon Teeth Q and saw many good reviews so I braved myself and stepped in to make enquiry and consultation with Dr Ho. A trip meant for seeking advice and consultation only ended up removing 3 wisdom tooth (1 with surgery )😅. Dr Ho is very professional and gave good advice. She knew I was very nervous and shaking so she assured me the entire process will be smooth & painless. She is very patient and do not rush through the procedure. Along the way she informed me what she was doing and kept me calmed. Really had a great experience with Dr Ho and her assistant…not forgetting the counter staff.
