It was my first visit, and it was truly a wonderful experience! Dr Soh May Leng assisted me with my wisdom tooth removal. I was extremely nervous at first, but she was very reassuring and encouraging throughout the procedure. Her calm and gentle approach really helped put me at ease. Outstanding service from the entire team, from the doctor all the way to the front desk. Dr Krystell Chiu and her assistant, Michelle, were absolutely amazing. My 4 year old daughter had a bad fall that affected her front tooth. The clinic was fully booked, but when I explained that I just needed a review and advice from the doctor, they still managed to slot us in. Truly appreciated. Dr Chiu was very friendly and engaging with my daughter. She knows exactly how to communicate with young kids, making instructions fun and enjoyable, which immediately put my daughter at ease. You can really see it from the way my daughter responded and reacted to her. Michelle was equally wonderful. She was very prompt, professional, and helpful in coordinating everything we needed. She also engaged warmly with my daughter and even gave her a balloon glove, which totally made her day. I also want to give credit to the front desk lady. I am sorry I forgot to get her name. She was great as well and managed to get us a slot despite the clinic being fully booked. Knowing how busy the clinic was, her effort and willingness to help truly made her stand out in terms of service. Dr Chiu explained clearly and patiently what needed to be done and what we should look out for. Her meticulous explanations and advice gave us tremendous reassurance.
