I can’t thank Dr. Ho and her team enough for their incredible service during my emergency dental surgery this afternoon. I was in a tough spot and needed a last-minute appointment, and they were so accommodating, fitting me in right away. From the moment I arrived, the front counter staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Dr. Ho was compassionate and explained everything clearly, putting my mind at ease before the procedure. Her expertise and gentle approach truly made a difference. The whole team worked together beautifully, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. I left feeling so much better and grateful for their outstanding service. 1st time doing my dental cleaning here with Dr Brenda Tan. Booking an appointment was easy, staffs at counter and dentist assistant were all friendly. My dental experience with Dr Brenda was great. I want to say thank you very much to Hougang green Teeth Q staffs n doctor, this morning I had a very bad toothache and.i go to my neighbourhood clinic get have it extract out however around my area all the clinic was fully booked , I was very disappointed and helpless. While I walk away to find others far away the registration counter ask me to leave my number , they will call me back if there is slot or doctor have the extra time they will immediately call me . While I was waiting for buses to go elsewhere teeth Q clinic called me that their doctor have some time to attend to me , I was so happy the clinic helped me to extract my bad tooth and I was release from suffering the pain. The clinic staffs was helpful and polite when they attended to me and doctor are very good to explained to me what the procedure and next and what will be next especially is my wisdom tooth. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Teeth Q at Fernvale for my wisdom tooth surgery, and I cannot recommend Dr. Sherianne Low and her team highly enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Low is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, ensuring I understood what to expect, which really helped alleviate my anxiety. During the surgery, she was attentive and gentle, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. I was introduced to this dental clinic by my mom and started with routine cleaning and polishing. I had been postponing my wisdom tooth extraction for a long time because of my fear of surgery and past negative experiences, which left me with swelling and discomfort. On my first visit, Dr. Brenda made a wonderful impression—she was very gentle during the cleaning process and explained in detail what would work best for my teeth. My wisdom tooth had been causing pain, but I kept delaying the extraction due to my fear of the procedure and post-surgery pain. Dr. Brenda reassured me that the process would be smooth, and I decided to trust her. True to her word, she was extremely gentle during the extraction and kept checking on me throughout. Now, just two days after the surgery, I have no swelling, can eat solid food, and haven’t needed any painkillers. Of course, I followed my own remedies, but I believe the care Dr. Brenda provided during the surgery played a significant role in minimizing the pain and recovery time. The entire team, including Dr. Brenda, her assistants, and the front desk staff, were incredibly friendly and professional. Their exceptional service is rare to find these days, and I am so glad I now have a trusted permanent dental clinic. A big thumbs up to them! 👏❤️ Show less

I came across many positive reviews about Dr. Brenda, so I decided to book an appointment for teeth cleaning. The booking process through WhatsApp was incredibly straightforward, with a friendly, polite, and responsive approach. It had been many years since my last cleaning, so I was quite worried about my dental condition. However, Dr. Brenda was exceptionally friendly, patient, and professional, thoroughly explaining the process and doing an excellent job in checking and cleaning my teeth. During the visit, she identified three wisdom teeth that should be removed at my convenience, and I will definitely schedule another appointment with her for that. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Both the receptionist and the dental assistant were very nice and helpful, and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Brenda and her team! Show less

Can I claim from Medisave for my dental treatments?

Yes, our clinics are Medisave-accredited and you may utilise your Medisave to pay for dental treatments which have been approved for Medisave use by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Our doctors and staff will be able to advise you about the Medisave claimable amount in line with the Ministry of Health’s prevailing rules for Medisave use (https://www.moh.gov.sg/cost-financing/healthcare-schemes-subsidies/medisave)

I am a CHAS cardholder. What subsidies can I enjoy?

Our clinics are CHAS-accredited and you may receive your CHAS dental subsidies for selected dental services covered under CHAS. The amount of CHAS dental subsidies which are able to be received are in accordance to the claim limits and subsidy amount for each type of service according to the different CHAS tiers. You may refer to the “CHAS Dental Subsidy Schedule” under the Dental Services section of the CHAS website here for more information.

I am a Pioneer / Merdeka generation senior. What are the subsidies available for me?

You may be glad to know that the CHAS dental subsidies accorded to Pioneer Generation (PG) cardholders and Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholders are higher than those for CHAS Blue/Orange cardholders. You may refer to the “CHAS Dental Subsidy Schedule” under the Dental Services section of the CHAS website here for more information.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes we do. Our clinics are accredited panel dental providers with various insurance partners such as Alliance Medinet, Inova Care, DA Adept, MHC, IHP and AIA. You may check with your company / insurance provider for your specific coverage details. We are also looking to add more insurance partners in the future.

Do you accept cashless payments?

Yes we do, in fact cashless and contactless payments are preferred in our clinics in view of COVID-19 to minimise and reduce touch points.

We accept a variety of cashless payments, including PayNow, DBS PayLah, OCBC Pay Anyone, UOB Mighty, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Grab Pay, Shopee Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Huawei Pay, and AliPay.

The clinics have also gone paperless as default and our patients may receive invoices for their dental treatments conveniently via email.
