Grateful for a smooth dental surgery under Dr. Ho. The procedure was efficient and surprisingly comfortable — just slight numbness for about an hour post-op. Recovery has been amazing so far, with no pain or swelling, even on Day 2. Truly a reassuring and positive experience. She’s also my family go to dentist and I would highly recommend her to everyone! The customer service was superb —every staff member was welcoming, professional, and attentive to my needs. What stood out most was the friendly and reassuring approach of the dental team. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and ease any anxieties I had. The surgeon was highly skilled, making the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Additionally, the aftercare service was outstanding. The clinic followed up with a thoughtful phone call the next day to check on my recovery, which I truly appreciated. Read so many positive reviews so I called up and got a next day appointment. My first visit here and no regrets. Front counter ladies was very welcoming. I was attended by Dr Grace, I told her beforehand about my tolerance level for pain. She kept telling me not to worry and constantly updating me the progress throughout the procedure also she informed in detailed on the cost incurred. She is very professional. Thank you Dr Grace! I had my wisdom tooth removal done by Dr. Sherrianne Liew, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was extremely friendly, patient, and gentle throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciated how she kept talking to me and calming me down during the surgery — it made me feel so much more at ease. The counter staff, Ms. Angela, was also wonderful! She was very kind and attentive, carefully explaining my medications and even sending me detailed post-surgery instructions via email. Overall, I’m really grateful for the care and professionalism from both Dr. Sherrianne and Ms. Angela. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a smooth and reassuring dental experience! :) Show less

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care by Dr Krystell and the Teeth Q Dental Fernvale Woods Team I have a history of drug allergies, low pain tolerance, and dental phobia, yet I had six teeth removed at once (including wisdom teeth) by Dr Krystell. From the procedure itself to stitch removal, I felt surprisingly at ease and well cared for. Dr Krystell was extremely gentle, patient, and reassuring, explaining every step clearly and checking in constantly to ensure I was comfortable. The staff were also very kind and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and compassion — they turned what I feared most into a very positive experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is anxious about dental work! I visited Teeth.Q @ Matilda for an emergency — a decayed tooth that was causing intense, unbearable pain. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were still able to see me, and the waiting time was much shorter than I expected. Every staff member was kind and reassuring, especially the receptionist who helped take my x-ray and made me feel at ease. Dr Brenda was calm, professional, and very compassionate — she explained every step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. I was quite anxious before the surgery, but Dr Brenda’s reassuring manner made all the difference. Thank you to Dr Brenda and the entire team for their care and efficiency. Having been a regular patient at NDC, I thought I was prepared—but truthfully, I was tense and anxious. Dental procedures can be daunting, especially when they involve extractions. Dr. Nadya’s approach changed everything. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout the process.
