I went to Teeth Q for tooth cavity. Attended by Dr. Gavin Tsu and Carol . Dr. Gavin Tsu was extremely professional, patient, and gave honest advice without recommending unnecessary procedures. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. A special mention to Carol and the entire staff team, Alexis as well — they were warm, professional, and very helpful throughout the visit. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Teeth Q for anyone looking for genuine and professional dental care. It was my first time going to a dental clinic on my own after many years, and I didn’t really know what to expect. The experience turned out to be really reassuring. Dr. Liew was calm and patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. He also shared helpful tips and suggestions, which I really appreciated. What stood out was that there was no hard selling at all, which made the whole visit feel very comfortable and genuine. Dr. Ho is the best dentist I have ever come across. She is my doctor since 2022. She is very professional and caring doctor, gentle and yet very professional in her service towards me. I had a really reassuring experience with Dr Sherianne Lew. She took the time to clearly explain the cause of my toothache and why extraction was necessary, while also walking me through the different options available, including the price points. I truly appreciated how transparent and informative she was. What stood out most was her patience and gentle approach. She knew I was quite anxious, but she spoke to me calmly throughout, which made me feel at ease. The entire procedure, including the extraction, was smooth and efficient — it took less than 45 minutes and felt surprisingly manageable. I felt like I was in very good hands the whole time. Everything went so well that I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my next visit (and even a polishing session!). Dr Sherianne Lew is amazing. By far the best dentist I have personally met (and trust me, I’ve met a lot) Took my 12 year old girl there cos her baby molar was decayed and had chipped. We were squeezed into their packed appointment but Dr Lew patiently reviewed my girl. She thoroughly explained and engaged with both of us and made sound recommendations. When it was decided that an extraction was the best option, my girl was petrified due to a prior horrific experience with a previous dentist in the Bukit Timah locale. Dr Lew patiently reassured my girl. Though not convinced when we started the extraction process, Dr Lew took her time and continued to reassure my girl, not once rushing it and always ensuring that my girl was agreeable before proceeding. Observing her at work, I noted that Dr Lew took extra care to not only be warm and engaging with my girl by chatting with her but also to ensure she did not unnecessarily display the scary equipment such as the syringe and the extraction forceps (Saw her stealthily taking the tools and hiding it away from my girl’s view and only taking it out at the very last moment before she has to use it. She was swift and gentle in the entire pain management to extraction and my girl left the clinic without drama. My girl even agreed that we should make this our family dentist from now on. Special compliments to Dr Lew’s dental assistant for also being very gentle and caring. I saw her gently patting my daughter’s shoulder the whole time while Dr Lew was carrying out the injection for numbing. It takes skill to be a good dentist but it takes heart to be a great one and in my very humble opinion, Dr Lew is a great dentist and the entire crew at Teeth Q Dental Surgeons make for one of the best Dental clinics in Singapore. I’ve always been very scared of visiting the dentist and avoided it for many years but Dr Soh May Leng changed my experience. From the moment I stepped in, she was calm, patient, and very reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I never felt rushed or pressured, and that really helped reduce my anxiety. What I appreciated the most was how gentle and understanding she was. She knew I was nervous and handled everything in a way that made me feel safe and at ease. Had my impacted wisdom tooth surgically removed by Dr Hannah. The appointment was easy to make and started on time. Dr Hannah reviewed my x-ray and determined that there was a slight risk but she was confident to remove it. She was very reassuring and listened and took me seriously despite my anxiety and low pain tolerance. She was also heavily pregnant but did a good job removing a tough tooth with three roots! 😅 That night I was bleeding quite heavily and was concerned and texted the Whatsapp hotline despite it being a long weekend. They replied promptly and found me an appointment the next day to review. I didn't end up going by for the review because the problem had resolved and I've currently healed well.
